SILK TOOL

Conseptual:

Silk hair tie made from 100% twill silk picturing hair elastics found in the streets of Amsterdam. It is part of an ongoing project where I map the city by collecting hair elastics seen on a pavement. I intend to create a new version of something from the past. In other words I try to give a new life to an ordinary object.
