Twill silk scarf picturing found hair elastics in the streets of New York.

The New York City scarf was created after collecting snapshots of hair elastics spotted on the sidewalks in NYC . Warm shades of brown, pink and sand combined into one resembles a rich brick architecture that could be found in Manhattan or Brooklyn. These are also parts of the city I used to walk the most. There I looked for elastics while admiring the architecture. All of it emerges on a peach-colored silk square.
